Passengers on the South Kaibab Trailhead morning shuttle inbound to the Grand Canyon National Park MUST present the following two items before being allowed to board the shuttle:

Park Pass to enter the Grand Canyon National Park

GRAND CANYON NO LONGER ALLOWS FOR DIGITAL PARK PASSES.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations up to 48 hours prior to a booked reservation date will receive a full refund, less a $10 service fee per passenger.
Cancellations of the reservation within 48 hours of a booked reservation date receive no refund.

In the event of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances, customers will receive a full refund or credit.

Change-of-Reservation Date Policy

A passenger may change the reservation date one or two times without incurring any additional charges. However, at the third and subsequent changes, a $10 fee will be assessed per reservation date change for all the passengers included on the reservation.
